The following Statement of Intent has been published on the ABI website. It is made clear that the statement of intent to work together is not binding on compensators or claimants. It has been agreed with the aim of providing “extra support and reassurance to customers and claimants during this difficult time”. The agreement will be reviewed week commencing 11 May, with any changes to be published by 15 May.
